Right now, I'm working my way through the Couch to 5k Program in hopes to start the P90x3 program again. I finished it once, but I want to finish it a second time! I've never finished the C25k though, so this will be a first, but here goes nothing!

I've just begun doing some circuit training this week. 5 different exercises for 1 minute each that each utilize a different part of the body, and then a 1 minute break. You can repeat as many times as you want.

Yesterday I did shoulder presses, sumo squats, one dumb-bell arm swings, kickbacks, and ran.

    Really gets your heart pumping.

I'm impressed! That's a great way to burn calories and build muscle! Way to go!!! :)

As I get older it seems, by the end of my day, I have less and less energy....well that's the excuse I'm using anyway. :) Since I have my fitbit though and I like to watch the numbers grow getting my patootie off the couch has been easier. I'm a cardio person and love the gym. I try to get there every second day working my way to every day. Spent an hour there yesterday trying out the new equipment. Signed myself up for beginner kettle bell classes which start next week, two nights a week. Now that should be interesting.....

I plan on starting 30DS Level 2 tomorrow along with at least 20 mins of Zumba...
I would start 30DS on Level 1, but I've never done Level 2 so I think this is a good time to start.

I don't exercise regularly, but today I am going to go on a short run with my brother. Nothing too long -- probably around 3 miles or so.

Amen! Just started the circuit training this week. (I did not use to go to the Gym but my exercises at home require weight bearing so we joined)
I think it will be very challenging for me. I have been cleared for swimming so that is how I'll get cardio.

3 miles is a long run for someone that does not exercise regularly! Please listen to your body, take care and have fun.

I guess I should explain: I don't exercise regularly but I used to (as in over the summer) run 5-6 miles every morning for cross country. I decided to quit cross country this year and switch to basketball, though. For me, not exercising regularly means that I haven't run every day for the past week or so (:

I have started doing yoga. I found a great Youtube channel, Yoga with Adriene, and have started her 30 days of yoga videos. They range from 20-40 minute videos and its very low key with easy to follow/modifications for the less flexible :) I am trying to do them 4-5 times per week. I also have been trying to walk 10,000 steps per day. I plan to add in bodyweight workouts/home workouts 2 times a week to start and then increase.
I keep thinking I would like to try to start running but don't really want to do it alone and my husband isn't interested in it. I am thinking once I get into the routine of doing some exercise 6 days a week, I can take up a running/jogging program for some of the days to break things up.
I would love to swim but there is no pool near us.

I did a 20 minute yoga workout this morning and walked 13,272 steps = 9.04kms at work today (and worked a 13.5 hour shift, ugghh). Time for a heating pad on my back and sleep!

I am doing 30DS level 2 (everyday) and zumba (eod). Plus I have gone low carb. I hope that I can start seeing more results soon. 30DS is not easy for me due to my weight so hopefully I can burn off some extra calories with after burn. Now that fall temps are starting to set in, I want to go on a nice hike on the weekends.
