Seeing this makes me sad for myself. My steps a day range from 2000+ to maybe 5000. I need to get some more walking or something in! I don't think I've ever walked 5 miles. Well maybe when I was a teen and didn't have a car. I really need to get more active, any pointers for staying motivated?0 -

I just worked up to it. Don't be sad! You are moving and that is what matters! I walk twice a day, usually 45 minutes the first time and about 30 minutes the second time. Then my other steps are just from just moving throughout the day. You can do it just add a little at a time!1
