I am getting ready to start week 3 and I'm quite nervous about it.

week 2 seems so much harder. I did day 1 today and had to check to make sure I hadn't accidently turned it to week 4!

I just finish her 30 day shred and It worked pretty much the same way. I followed it as she suggested and was able to build muscle w/o any muscle breakdown from over working the same muscles and lost a total of 12in. I am so excited! I just took my final measurements and I have lost 4 pounds and a total of 12 inches. Can't wait to start ripped in 30.

Did level 3 day 3 last night. I felt fine after day one but it caught up with me because I was hurting after days 2 and 3.

finished L2D5. did a little bit of the strengrh training with 10lb weights

Did the first day of level 2 yesterday it was rough, but it was a fun to have a new workout. I was getting really tired of all of the jumping jacks.

I would really like to move to level 2 but I still can't do an unmodified push-up. Is it okay to move to level 2 if you're still doing knee push-ups.

Level 1 day 7 complete and ran 2 miles!

I have logged it as 20 min circuit training and that seems to be what everyone else is doing too

Just finished day 1! Feel good but the disc started skipping during the cool down. Maybe need to get a new one.
