Good luck, I too have used food to comfort me. It's interesting to look back and see what I have done and for the silliest reasons (for instance I would eat constantly while I did my math homework, I would get so stressed out about it, I did really well so I don't know why I ate the whole time)

Since Thanksgiving I have gained 1 overall. (I did lose a couple but gained them back at Christmas)

I am 5'5" and 235 would love some support with people around the same starting point! Would love to get to 170 someday!

Borrow from your local library to see which ones you like the best and you wont get bored either. I like yoga and pilates dvd's the best.
