Find a gym that does classes then you wouldn't have to worry abour a trainer so much, There are also great websites that have great free workouts such as bodyrocktv.com and pinterest.com.

I measure/weigh my food. You never really know how many extra calories you could consume. A little bit here, a little there, once you measure/weigh food you will see how much guesstimating can lead to a lot of excess calories.

I am gross because I am a 34 D, sweat like a beast to the point people will get off the treadmill next to me because I guess they r grossed out. My thighs touch, I have a big butt, oh yea and I lift like a man...stretch marks 2..Damn I am GROSS!

When I had realized my fat jeans were too tight, it was either I have excuses to buy new bigger ones or work hard and have results. I just the harder route. Now I fit into sizes that I can't even remember buying!

The create your own recipes its an option on the top right corner that way you can input all the nutritional values and MFP will figure it out for you then you can get a more accurate read. Are you exercising?

Yes as I increase my intensity at the gym and keep lifting heavier weights, I laugh at the scale when I get on it. I have gained 6lbs from my lowest weight yet I look better now then I did then, I fit into clothes that I don't. Its really just a number that no one else knows but you unless you share it with people. Factors…

I weigh 3-4 oz of cooked chicken. I do not weigh it before

I weigh myself about once every 2 weeks if that. If I weighed myself everyday I would go nuts especially when the human body can fluctuate so many times during the day.

Anytime, yes only a few brands come in unflavored its great for recipes and you dont want the protein flavor to overcome the other ingredients in your recipes/

Yes I do 1 egg or 1 cup of egg whites 1 tsp of baking soda 1 tbsp on ground cinnamon 1/2 cup oat flour, whole wheat flour (I personally use unflavored protein powder GNC 100% whey 1 container of your favorite greek yogurt (I use chobani plain, or vanilla) (I do this for extra protein and keeps me super full!)
