So am I, here I am trying to eat extra calories to net at least my BMR which is over 1200, and eating exercise calories back. I am totally lost, and about to give up :( Maybe I should not eat my exercise calories back either. I have been at a plateau for 4 months now.

I wonder if I am doing something wrong with my HRM, mine does not have a chest strap it is worn like a watch, I see people that do Insanity and they say they burn at least 250-300 calories minimum, when mine only says like 125 calories burned and I am drenched I work out hard. I do HIIT intervals, jumping rope, MMA, lift…

I asked myself 3 years ago ..do I want to be a runner or do I want to be a smoker, I chose running quit cold turkey that day and never looked back, The fact that I don't gasp for air or use my inhaler (exercise induced asthma) and can run at 10.0mph on a treadmill gives me all the motivation to never pick up one again.

What kind of exercise are you doing? How much are you burning in session about? You should not net less then 1200 calories so cutting it down to 1000 "level it out" is not a good plan.

Great smile, Look like an easy going person that can can have a good time no matter where he is. Looks like someone with al ot of positive energy and that is a GREAT thing!

I jump rope all the time, I do jump rope and ab circuits a lot.

Planning is key for me, I plan my entire day ahead of time that way I can prepare and everything is ready to go that way I have NO EXCUSES to get off track. I like being in control and everything is all ready I feel at ease.

There are other things that we can reward ourselves with one of them not being food. Food is fuel and that is it. You don't seem to like working out so perhaps finding a new routine will work, If you do not like going to the gym there are many free online videos that you can do and workouts that require no gym equipment.…
