  • Yeah. I had the same problem. I now get some of the sugar free flavored powder packets from Wally World. (Great Value) kind. My favorite one is Energy Peach Mango. You get 10 packets for around $1.54. I had to trial and error a few for the one I liked. I usually pour a half of the tiny pack into my 24 ounce water bottle…
  • Protein shake or a protein muffin is best for me when working out in the morning. If I eat a whole breakfast I feel like I am going to throw it up and I burp like crazy! Just go with something light to satisfy you temporarily.
  • Like others have said, you need to be eating good carbs like from whole grains etc. You also need to know what works for you. Everyone is different on how they react to carbohydrates. Test it out and see what works best in your diet as to how many you can take in.
