I do something like this. I mix the ranch seasoning packets with Greek yogurt for veggie dip. I've had friends try it and ask what brand ranch it is. Tastes so much better than ranch, and it's so much healthier. All the credit goes to Pinterest for this one!

Thanks! I mean, I do eat soy products, like I said, I just don't have time to prepare them every day, (nine hours of work and then five hours of night class leaves little free time) so I was just looking for a recommendation of a good organic protein powder, if anyone had any suggestions. I'll try Vega. :)

Try flax oil! I use it in my green smoothies. I bought a bottle of it (organic) at my local co-op and you can't even taste it.
