Everyone's body is different. Just focus on portion control. I just go by natural things. Nothing processed, or in a box. I mainly stick with vegetables, fruits (in moderation), and meats. Very little carbs, and sugars. Good luck to you!!

I did it for about 2 weeks, and then ended up with a bulging disc, so I had to quit. I'm planning on starting it back though. I will kick your a**, but so worth it!!

Ditto on the smell! You don't realize how bad the smell is until you quit. My husband smokes, and I can still smell it on him after hours of his last smoke.

From what people tell me, I wasn't the norm. I just put them down. I smoked for 18 years, and never tried to quit, but with my new job that I applied for I wouldn't have been hired if I smoked.
