Haha yeah it is a shock when you first see the number! So 2273 PLUS your excercise calories. A few people have dropped the intensity of their cardio after realising how much they would have to eat back. (Thinking about a certain someones 2000 cal Zumba burn *coughLuciacough*) : D

What he said. I get so tired hearing people say muscle and fat weigh the same. When people say something weighs more or less than something else they are comparing the same unit per volume (usually). What weighs more, a cup of fat or a cup of muscle? Your answer is muscle.

Just put it up to 2090 but I will try and go over that and get to about 2200. Need to look at the setting to figure out how to have a calorie goal without putting in how much I want to lose. Any exercise thats uncomfortable when you have boobs. Jumping jacks, jump rope, jump and whatever other combined movement the instructor has decided. I loathe all of them and it makes me miserable. Sounds like me when I eat gluten or dairy. It may even be a food she use to eat before but eats much more of now that could be a problem if its a food intolerance issue.

135 ish how ever I am planning to put on alot of muscle weight so I may end up alot heavier than that. One I am down to a managable size say 140 it will be more about measurements than using the scale.
