Yuck I wouldnt just chuck down the coconut oil. Put it straight on your food it taste great that way. Dont forget to count the calories as it adds up alot.

I didnt realise they did just salad as well. Thats good as uni has a subway. Stupid gluten intolerance makes it harder when you need to grab a bite while you are out.

People are weird huh?! That would mean you have more than likely lost less lean muscle mass than many crash dieters. More lean muscle mass means it should be much easier for you to sustain your final weight without putting it back on. Yay you!
