Inspiration……… Hmmm not sure I can do that lol If it helps I'm a overweight, broken ex rugby player, asthmatic and generally a bit ouchy but I run (not fast but I move) Keep at it hun, a bit at a time and you'll get there. I've been running on and off (rugby injuries aren't conducive to a regular training plan) since 2009…

Hahaha nope it's union, the local league team are a combo of the teams in North Derbyshire and surrounding areas. I never enjoyed playing league, mainly due to the mega injury that I sustained in training, it's all about union here but am considering purchasing some pompoms for when I'm cheering my old team on :D

Don't buy any crappy veggie food and make your own. Get OCD with the golden rule: weigh, measure and don't over do the cheese mmmmmm cheese  Also don't get dragged down the quorn route, if leave out the quorn you will end up using more veg and getting more flavour, vitamins, less calories and cheaper shopping bills…

Oky coky hun, I've seen plenty of people with rotator cuff injuries (mainly through rugby) and it usually involves seeing a decent doctor. If it's not healed in 4 months then it's definitely a trip to see a specialist as it's likely to need some serious treatment. Sorry I don't want scare you but get yourself back to the…

Glad you and your son are OK mate and hope you can get back to training soon after such a bad accident. Unfortunately no matter how many precautions are taken, unless other road users are as cautious then there is always the danger of being hit. Well done on ensuring you had a helmet on hun, I hope that you and your kids…

Walk. Get your baby in her pushchair, her changing bag and food too and go for a walk. It is the easiest thing to do, it will get the happy hormones popping round your brain, burn some calories and generally make you feel a little bit more like you :) x

Be happy :) Simple but makes everything else easier

Hello :) My road bike has been stuck in the cellar for the last few months; work, weather and a whole host of other excuses have managed to wipe out the whole reason I bought it: the sheer joy of cycling :) Hopefully the wind shall die down at some point so I can get back at it and enjoy the scenery and hills again
