for the 1st few days ice it 3x a day then use a hot water bottle when its hurting in the days after that. rest it and just go swimming, when your feeling upto it bring in some ab work, stretches n dorsal raises n hip lifts. hope that helps a bit, I've got lower back and neck injuries from doing silly things like rugby but…

try both, if its wiping you out then alternate between them both. personally 30ds speeded my runs up n i did loose inchs too but alternating what you do gives muscles a break e.g. runners are advised to have a rest day between run days when they start out, this means switching to the bike or swimming on these days. it…

have a few days rest, it'll do more good and you'll get better sooner than if you push yourself. generally at start of a cold i'm ok to workout but when it hits full on (like at the mo for me) rest is defo needed listen to your body if your feeling queezy n lightheaded then rest x

Whatever works for you hunni but on the exercise cals calculation bit I tend to find that they are lower than what my other gadgets say. get a bike n get a seat fitted for your sprog. me n my daughter went everywhere when she was little on the bike, i invested in a trailer for her after a while.....so worth the money n think of the extra burn towing an ever growing child with you. mine is now 12 so she has to ride her own bike now lol
