That's fantastic!!! How tall are you? I can really see a difference in your face. You have amazing features anyway, but now they are able to be seen more prominently. How long did it take for you to lose the weight? And did you learn any tricks along the way?

I understand where you are coming from. I started at 228 and am now (3 weeks later) 221.2. The closer I get to the 199 mark the more excited and motivated I get. I know I'm not going to get there quickly, but everyday I know I'm making progress toward it. Yay, us!!!

I'm seeing a couple things in this post. First, you said that you COMPLETELY changed your diet. I could never eat what you are eating in a day. It would totally freak my body out.
