I have used weight watchers before and lost weight, but I have found mfp easier to use and it's free.

I love smoothies too. :) My favorite right now is a green smoothie 1 banana, cut up & frozen 1 cup almond milk (i like the vanilla almond), sometimes i use coconut milk 2 cup +/- baby spinach 1-2 Tbl ground flax seed

That is not correct. It is Half your body weight in ounces. 150lb person would drink 75 ounces which is approx 9 eight ounce glasses a day.
