Wow! Great job! I have Slim in 6 but I get so bored with it that I never finish it. I do still use the slim in 6 pack from time to time.

I've heard that my hips/butt look smaller...I was proud of my ghetto booty, thank you! Hoping more squats and lunges will build up the muscle so I won't lose it completely :wink:

Great job! I'm at 185 now (5'6") and wondering if my goal is just too much (I'd like to be 150 and can't imagine it even being possible to be less). But you're success has kept my head up and I'm still going to reach for it!

I lost 11inches and a little over 6lbs. I posted the pics on my profile of the before and after. I'm doing Ripped in 30 now, which I think is harder but I'm hoping to get similar results.

I love First Watch in downtown Columbus. They have an amazing egg white omelet, with spinach, tomato, turkey and feta (it comes with onions but i don't like them). SO good!

I lost 11 inches and 6lbs with 30 day shred. It's about a 30min workout. Doing Ripped in 30 now and hoping for similar results! Good luck! Sex would be nice, but does it ever last for 40 minutes? Maybe that's just me, we have 4 kids so quick and satisfying works for us! :wink:

:flowerforyou: I have stumbled a bit too. Couldn't work out for a week due to back problems, tried to eat better but just kind of lost the ooomph, I guess. I'm back on the wagon though and feeling good. We all deserve a break every once in a while. Just got to get back on track and never give up completely!

I paid for a 3 month membership to a gym and went for about 2 weeks! I DO work out almost everyday but its at home with my Jillian Michaels DVD's. :smile:

My FB friends are on this and the Advocare. I've been close to trying it but I'm not sure that losing 5lbs in a week is healthy and besides that, if you're doing it the 'right' way you're (probably) going to keep off the weight anyway AND get fit, if you're working out.
