Hip hop. I have a problem, though, because sometimes I'd rather dance aka booty shake than work out (depending on what song is on) Ice Cube You Can Do It...that song turned into a cardio booty shake work out! :laugh:

I go home first, work out then pick up my rugrats (I have 4!). If that doesn't work then I'll work out after I put them to bed. Good luck!

It will get easier, I used to whimper and sometimes shed a tear during the cardio! One thing I'll do is, if it gets too hard to keep up, try marching in place or instead of butt 'kicks' just stand and do leg lifts so you're not jumping up and down but still getting the work for the back of your legs. At first I was doing the elliptical a few times a week too but that didn't last long. I also started to get bored with it so I would sometimes switch in a differed DVD (SLIM in 6) once a week, also I took 1-2 days off a week. I started noticing a difference during the end of level 2. I understand, I don't have it as bad as you but I feel like it may get to that point. I wish friends (and family) would understand that we don't care what THEY'RE eating but don't give us crap because we care and worry about what WE'RE eating. Support is all we're asking for but its like they think we're trying to change…

where do you find the pastry flour? I tried to make them last week but that was the one thing I could not find in my grocery store (of course I was distracted because I was shopping w/ my kids too so I could've over looked it). If I can find pastry flour I will be making these this weekend.

I never did the side lunges, I felt like I was doing them wrong anyway! I would do alternate moves though, like a regular lunge or squats w/ the same weight moves.

I have Nordicware EggMuffin maker (ordered off Amazon) and I make scrambled egg whites w/ cheese and turkey bacon bits. It takes about 45 seconds in the microwave and is so good!
