I have a cheat meal once or twice a week, but not a cheat day. I love pizza and fast food, so that's usually what I opt for during the cheat meal.

Oh, and I don't work out in the mornings (mostly because I don't want to get up earlier than normal for work). I go home and work out after work and before I have to pick up the kids.

My oldest (10) and my youngest (2) sleep until 9ish, my 4 year old is up by 7am and she ends up waking up the 6 year old because they share a room. If I'm lucky, I may get to sleep "in" until 7:30am on the weekends!
