i normallu have porridge with cinnamon and honey! Bran flakes and banana is my second followed by yoghurt with some sort of fruit in there or if in a rush grab whatever fruit is around

my partner is just like this! Hates healthy can eat all the junk he likes because he plays so much football and stays the same. You just need to stop eating the food. keep doing it ! il bet none of them could care lol also you might inspire another lady to do some weights. I was always a bit nervous about going to the "boys side" of the gym till I seen an older lady an a girl my age using them.
