Im not injured iv just crap trainers that take the heels off me! geting a pair of proper running shoes for my bday so will have to hold out till then :P

Yea ! Bloody kills me haha, I use Zumba and a few other dance games for the XBox Kinect they are great and fun Also make sure you really go for it if your not building up a sweat its not guna be doing you much good.

I track Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Iron, Calcium im always low on the last 2 which is why I track them. I sometimes change it to sodium and back track a few days see how I get on with it but im always lows on it too! Works for me find what you are low on maybe and track it?

You are prob doing enough cardio at your new job and your body is getting used to the incease in activity!! I work 7day weeks and find it best for me to do a quick workout when I get home I just get ready and do it if I sit down I dont wana get back up lol . Also worst thing to do is nap!! o also I kind guess if im out on a night out I dont sit at the bar with my app on the go lol but having a drink in the house I log properly

I log when I drink, its mad the amount of cals in alcohol!

If you want to bump up your cals maybe eat a yoghurt or some nuts?
