60 days is a wild long time to juice! Maybe shorten it to a week or two max ?

5.6 and 140 lbs goal is 126lbs (9stone) might not get to that when I start my weights properly. I don't overly care what weight I am as long as the inches go!!

did this on Friday, had a banana on toast about 1 hour before spin class and about 15mins started to feel sick! Giving myself 2 hours at least between food n exercise from now on n if I cant then im not eating until after im done, hate that feeling.

I didnt read all the comments but there is an Irsh thing going on sooo IM NORTHER IRISH WOHOOO not the same as Irish just to be annoying haha Shots lady, lots of shots and neck em drinks.
