I get bad shin splints. I went and got how I run analysed (free in a bog standard sports shop close by me) and turns out my feet roll in slightly when I run so I got trainers with rolls bars lol. Still get splints but not as bad as before, I also found the more I keep at it the less it starts to hurt.

You would be better looking up and making your own shakes with lots of fruit and veg! I dont think there are any but you might be able to make some with water if you ask ?

I was talking about wanting to do this just last night!! My sister boyfriend knows a fella that takes a class pretty close to me and nearly everyone in it is an extra in Game of Thrones because they know how to do it :D

I'm kinda lucky, I have my exercise level at 0 because during the week im mostly behind a desk and just add all the exercise I do but at the weekends I work in retail and on feet all day so I count that was "walking at a slow pace" for only a few hours not my full shift. Get the menu online, add whatever your going to eat in and then you will see what you have to do to make back the cals. Also since your eating out I wouldnt be to hard on yourself if you go over or get worked up about it. Go out and enjoy your family meal :)

Great! Thanks for the info Hendrix7 and MyRummyHens. Guess im going to be doing a lot of experimenting in the next few weeks with this stuff lol. I think it will be mostly going in smoothies for early mornings after a run but want to bake a lot of stuff too seen so many recipes !
