maybe he wants your attention and thats the only way he can think of getting it ! I would get him on his own and ask him to stop nicely and if he does it again I would be shouting "shut the f*** up" back at him and reporting him to management after !

I keep the cals at what it was for the full meal unless I only eat about half but thats just me :)

Love eggs! Even have my own chickens :wink: I eat them all the time I get most of my protein from them.

Hey I just read your other post. If you are trying to burn 900 cals and are only eating 800 - 900 cals per days your guna starve ! Eat more and exercise and have patients you will get there :)

teaholic here ! Peppermint, green tea with lemon, nettle rooibos, normal punjana with soya milk, I could keep going lol :D

try pre logging it all to see what itl come to then see how much exercise you need to burn it off over say 3 days ? That way your not guna kill yourself you just need to sweat it out a wee bit more for a couple days ?

I always ate fast food at least onces a week and then met my current partner ate a lot more than I usually did and put on a lot of weight because of it. if you like your veggies try making vegetarian meals they are normally lower in cals, or like jigsaw said portion control ! Instead of two scoops of mash have one and extra veg :) google low cal meals and you will get a ton of stuff

your not that bad from your stats to be eating like that, just cut out junk food from your diet, if you dont cook start now and start exercising and you will be fine

Why dont you start those 30min work out routines ?? There are loads of free ones on youtube and 30day shred is great. That way you can be at home and do it when your kids go to bed n hubby at the gym ?
