oooo do me just to see :D im 24, 5,6 , currently 149.6lbs, im at a desk job, I dont lift (but would like to lol) im pretty sporadic with my cardio but say 3 times a week for at least 30mins

I dont really have any good advise but my cousin is a nurse and she always said the older people like small portions if you gave them to much at once they wouldnt even try it soooo maybe small portions and often ?? A list of what food she likes and can eat would be helpful. Would she try soya products or can you sneak some…

You have lost a lot of weight but I think you look fine!! If you want to put on weight to make YOURSELF happy why not just build up muscle with strength training?? Dont do it to make any1 else happy but yourself though, if you are happy how you look and like you said your in a healthy range stay there !

you tummy looks great! I would start strength training as it will tone you more and think that would be better to focus on instead of trying to dropping lbs :)
