LOVE MY optimum french vanilla with craystal light packet added for flavor....I use blender cup full of ice and water ...I like my shakes watered down... its so yummy with the crystal light....and in the AM for a KICK I add Energy ones to get My Caffeine kick in too

I focus on getting plenty of protein in my diet (100 g per day goal) Eat clean....1400 calories don't go far if your not eating clean. LOL Et I chew Sugar free gum.....That helps curb my appetite..

I am a planner! I also am a Nurse so I have to take all my days worth of food with me so ....With that said I plan and log all my food the DAY BEFORE.... Then tweak any changes I make because I always have extra protein bars if I decide to exchange what I planned to eat for something else...I am more successful that way!
