There are only a few movies that I watch whenever I come across it while channel surfing. From the 80s that would be... The Princess Bride

Yeah, I'm thinking there was more context to that then a simple claim of more then 60 is a bad thing. If true, then every marathon runner must be in terrible shape

Did just over 2400 miles last year season and shooting for over 4K this year.

The first step is the hardest to take - best wishes on your journey

I gave up meat for Lent a few years ago. Hated it and will never do that again. I can go a few days without having meat, but it was just awful after that.

I'm not sure what you want to call it, but its something that I'm going to try out this weekend!

You don't want any paces in your image tags btw - doing awsome at 73 lbs!

Use the search feature at the top of the page, put in slow cooker and you'll get lots of great ideas.

There are lots of great one, but one fits my sense of humor just about perfectly. From Young Frankestein "Hump? What hump?"

60 lbs and you can't tell?? I'd say a visit to the optomitrist is in order. =) We all have days where we feel that we're not making progress, but 60 is a huge amount of weight loss. The change has been slow and steady that you see every day. Other people are seeing you less frequently and can quickly spot the differences.…

I've heard the comments but they never bothered me. The only way they can is if you put any value into their opinions. Except for immediate family, do you really give a crap about other peoples opinions? When its family and you/or you do give a crap, then it can hurt.

45 here. Dropped fifty last year. Looking for forty more by the end of this summer. I spent to many years reducing activity and increasing calories. It takes time to get that reversed, but you feel better when you do.

Simple and to the point. To many people dig themselves into a hole and then expect someone else to dig them out. Ask for help, but don't ask for a handout.

I interupted the cat for this picture. I'm not sure how happy he was about that

Well done! You should be very proud of yourself!

I don't know of a free one, but you can pick up Insanity on ebay for around $40 Make sure you look into those programs before starting. Because of how they work, its pretty easy to get yourself hurt. Good luck!

Go sailing! Wait, I do that anyway..... Go sailing without a shirt on

There is nothing wrong with including potatoes in your diet plans. Like everything else, you're better off if they're not deep fried or smothered in butter and sour cream.

My sister and her husband did that a few years ago. They both ended up losing a bunch of weight. Now he runs half marathons (she sticks to 5K). My knees wont take running any distances so I stick with the bike, but I wish I could go back to it.
