I eat almost the same everyday aside from weekends. Food is fuel as far as I am concerned. If I am in one of my exploratory adventure around the world, then it's a different story. But at home, I don't get any love back from food. Just fuel. I don't eat snickers though.

First time I saw my ABS, I remember everything being loose. Now it's tighter. A lot tighter but it took almost a year. And my AB muscles grew a bit so that helped. But yeah, pretty soft at first till your skin adjusts.

IF works for some and sometimes it doesn't. You don't have to do IF to lose body fat. Wine is not bad if you control it. If you have it everyday, not too bad either. But again, are we talking one glass or a bottle a day?

I use whey protein to supplement protein. Here is my recipe. 8 ounces of water and 1 scoop. Shake and drink. The only other thing I do sometimes is whey and banana, blend.

I think Jay is right. People believe in diets rather than long term changes. Sustainable long term changes will keep the weight off. I also think the ridiculous "goal/ideal weight" mentality is another huge problem! I have said before bf% and how you look in the mirror matters. Weight is irrelevant.

You don't need targeted workouts for that. To lose the mid section you just need to lose weight. Mid section is the last to go though.

As much as we want to think that women care about 6-packs, it is my experience that most of them don't. I have met some who go crazy over that stuff, but I gotta say that most of the ones I've met and known don't care. Unless they lie, but I am not a mind reader so I go by their opinions.

NO mi lady. DOMS is normal. I experience it DAILY with different parts of my body of course! You know your body. If it's soreness then hit the gym. If it's injury like pain, rest.
