NO. You do have the time. We all have 24 hrs a day. Simple, if you don't have time, organize yourself. If you have to much on your to do list, prioritize. That's all. You don't need to workout 3 hours a day. 30 mins or an hour will do.

Your trainer is a complete moron. That is all.

I don't... I never did. I work out at home. :p Truth is that you will either work out at home or do whatever until you are fed up with looking the way you do. At some point, the excuses will not be enough.

Bulking is not hard at all. Eat a ton of food and get fat as hell. Now LEAN Bulking is HARD. Especially if you are doing it in a controlled manner. It's almost like forcing yourself to eat. And we are not talking burgers and fries here. Nutritious foods are heavy on the stomach. And it's very hard for me because it takes…

Met my ex and my current girlfriend online. I have been with her for 8 months now and things are going great. I have used match.com and eharmony. I live in a populated area so eHarmony worked very well for me. It's a matter of luck. You will find some crazy people and some normal. Good Luck.

I check my girlfriend's underwear every day. Not sure if that helps..

My personal favorite... someone on the forums saying that they gained weight.. then everyone jumping and saying: "IT MUST BE WATER, OR IT MUST BE MUSCLE..." No, it's that burger you ate!!! Most people that claim that are just gaining fat. Another one is people who say: "I work hard exercising, I deserve these fries." Yeah,…

Someone asking me for advice, telling me how they are tired of being out of shape. I offer advice, help them get started and then it goes for a day or maybe two.
-
The word TONING, or when they ask me how many ABS exercises I do (10 mins a week).

For me, squatting is easy. Lunging... mmm, not so much. I guess it depends on the person. Try doing back and forward alternating lunges. Those are HARD.

+1. And I don't know about women but man... I burn tons of calories. If you are not a lousy guy, there is no way that sex doesn't count. Having said that, I consider it a bonus workout.

Personally, I don't see any issue on any of those pics. There are differences on all 3 though. I have a question. What kind of body are you trying to achieve? Saying I want to be 125 lbs. is not a goal. I am sorry but your weight has very little to do with how you look.

That's up to him. Some people like to be big even if their BF% is 15% and up and some people choose to get ripped and then gain. I am one of those who think it's better to lose fat first and then bulk. But that's just a personal opinion/choice.
-
While losing fat and muscle is certainly possible, it takes a long time and not everyone can do it. I would suggest you focus on cutting or building muscle. Doing both at the same time will lead to extreme frustration. Understand that most people that claim to lose fat and "gain" muscle are JUST losing fat and getting…

I think I lost like 10-11 lbs. during Insanity. And I dropped two pants sizes. I had to buy a whole new wardrobe. I wasn't eating like a pig. The Insanity Guide over estimates what you need to eat. IMO, it also assumes that you are somewhat in shape and that you want to maintain weight. If I had followed their numbers, I…

Just get a HRM. I can't remember how much fat I lose when I did Insanity, but when I did Insanity Asylum (Insanity part 2 you could say), I lost about 1.5-2% in the 30 days program.

I know people who had far from ideal weights. The key ladies is to go at YOUR OWN PACE!!! Not the TV, not your friend, YOU. Results will come if you focus on your eating after the 45 minute workout.

Depends, do you mean protein powder? If you need to supplement then use it, if not, any other form of protein will do.
-
I drink it with water. Sometimes with my "recovery drink." I can't say for sure if you HAVE to use simple carbs. Maybe someone else has a different experience.

Shaun T is.. lol. Check his Facebook Fan page. He's got a birthday challenge.

I only recommend creatine monohydrate. It has no effect on your BF% even when you are cutting back. The "bloating" may not be coming from creatine. Read this: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/animalpak22.htm it gives you more information and additional perspectives.

On a serious note, great article and thanks for sharing.

Based on this article, I have come to the conclusion that my genes are superior! End.

I meant like BF%, measurements,etc...

And honestly, if you have to add all those calories to your whey protein, you are defeating the purpose of PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTATION. Unless you need 3k a day and drinking 300-500 of them is not a problem to you. If it was me, I would just eat chicken if I had to drink my calories. I have to mix my whey with a whole bunch of…

+1. I couldn't get past that. If you the OP is allergic, then she needs vegan protein. I think Sun Warrior is supposed to be a good one.

Finally got a chance to read this thread. It made my morning. 1Concretegirl, did you try your scale again? I am curious. And if your readings have been faulty, you must have been tracking other things. Not just the scale. Right? Right? Please say yes.

One time charge of $500 that included ezbar with 120 lbs, full weight rack for 5-90 lbs. and a bowflex bench plus the occasional beach body program around $80-120 every few months. That's it pretty much. Ongoing costs: 0. Unless I decide to paint the room.
