Thank you very much!!! :flowerforyou:
I do boxing training once a week, for an hour (~900 cal burn)
I try to get in at least one run a week, for an hour (`~600 cal burn)
I park a bit of a distance and walk to and from work (about half an hour a day), and I live in a two story house with two small kids... ergo a billion trips up and down the stairs. Some evenings I do some zumba after the kids go to bed. (a few hundred cals)
I didn't see the abs appear until I started watching what I ate and stuck to a mild deficit. I average about 2k cals a day and eat back my exercise cals.
It didn't happen over night (more like over 3 years) - probably because I kept a mild deficit, and don't have a lot of time to do crazy amounts of gym time.
But.. the end result is a life that I have eased into and that fits my lifestyle quite well.0 -
Another pic I found so decided to edit it.
85kgs/187lbs in before pic in 2012
71.5kgs/157lbs in after pic 2013
13.5kgs/28lbs down
Great job - you look great!0 -

2 years on MFP:
I wish I had a good shirtless starting pic.
Did a bulk/cut cycle between each of the bottom pics. Peak weight was 203 lb between the first and second, 207 lb between the second and third.
I run outside 2x a week, do a yoga video 1x a week, and do bodyweight/dumbbell workouts at home 4x a week (mostly bodyweight, my DB's aren't very big).8 -
Great pictures all...love this!0

I love seeing these post. They keep me motivated. I'm about halfway down to my goal so hopefully I will be able to post a HOT pic once I reach my goal.
Here's me at my heaviest, 315 lbs.
