I started at 300lbs some years ago. Got down to 230 on my own. Started MFP in 2/2014 at 230 and got down to 200 by June and have been maintaining since.
Now I'm ready to lose the remaining 35 or so lbs to get to a healthy BMI.
This pic is 270 to 200. I'll be back when I get to 165-170 or so! Thanks for the inspirational pics, everyone!

This is me at 194 pounds in July 2014, and then at 157 just a week ago. Still have 18 more to go!12 -
Figured I'd add where I'm at since I just joined. I was using Lose It for a couple years, but like the integration myFitnessPal has with my Garmin.
Here's me at my heaviest. This was in 2011. I weighed almost 270lbs.
Here's me after one of my marathons, about a year ago. Probably clocking in around 215lbs.
Finally, here I am the day after my last marathon this past September. I was at 204lbs then. Enjoying my recovery day as you can see.
I'd like to get down to 190. Get a few more marathons under my belt, and start doing a few ultras. I feel great!

Stared around 190, now 171. Still a way to go but I only compared my pics recently and realised how far I'd come already.
Wow!!! V. noticeable difference. We have similar body shapes so I'm loving seeing your success! I started on Jan 1st at 181lbs (I'm 5'5")....and am 13.5lbs down. I'm doing photos on every 1st of month to see progress. When I get to goal (140lbs or under) I'll post photos.0 -

Thanks! I'm 5'6" so similar height too. Well done on your loss so far. I've stalled a little recently, hoping to shift some this week though.
