I wish I had a good shirtless starting pic.
Did a bulk/cut cycle between each of the bottom pics. Peak weight was 203 lb between the first and second, 207 lb between the second and third.
I run outside 2x a week, do a yoga video 1x a week, and do bodyweight/dumbbell workouts at home 4x a week (mostly bodyweight, my DB's aren't very big).0 -

I love seeing these post. They keep me motivated. I'm about halfway down to my goal so hopefully I will be able to post a HOT pic once I reach my goal.
Here's me at my heaviest, 315 lbs.
This was last weekend - Currently around 265 lbs.
