  • I am just hearing about the Aria scales. What is so great about them and do they work with the fitbit? LOL Sorry if I sound silly but this is all new to me.
  • Mine is currently sitting in dry rice. I am hoping it will be ok. I really loved the fitbit for the few days I got to use it. I will use a hairdryer and put it in my dash everything that might work. LOL
  • I've had mine for less then a week and I love it. Pros: Calorie, step and stair counter. I also really like the sleep counter. Cons: I washed mine last night.   • Mine is the Ultra, I just couldn't wait because I kept hearing so many good things about it. I will try not to wash it lol, no guarantees though. I'm sure I will have alot of questions when I get it. Its nice to know so many people really like theres.
  • Here we go!!! Starting weight is 191. I will be going out of town this weekend and wont be back until late Monday night. Can I post my weight Tuesday? I'm sure it will be horrible gonna be gone for 4-5 days. But I will do my best.
  • I also weigh daily but only count my Monday weigh in. And I try not to worry about my daily weight. But I've learned alot about my weight changing daily.
  • Its only 1 pound and could be any number of things. I wouldn't worry about it too much and stay focused. As for today its not over, eat something!

  • Try cooking more meals at home. When you have ice cream can you have skinny cow or Weight Watchers versions? Research the restaurants you go to before hand and try to pick healthy choices. And Plan ahead, My husband is pretty supportive and eats what I cook for the most part. Occasionally however he wants special things.…

  • I am also considering buying one of these. I was wondering if you are away from your computer for days, how long will it track? Like if you go away for the weekend or on vacation. How long will it hold the information?
  • I have been losing while on birth control, haven't noticed a problem. I have heard people say that it slows down weight loss and some people gain weight while on the pill. Everyone is different, but I believe if you eat well and excersize you should be able to lose.
  • I also agree that when you eat doesn't matter. Its what you eat and how many calories per day. I like to save alot of my calories for dinner and evening snacking.   • I agree with this. I have been eating anywhere between 1400- 1700 regularly with occasional days over that. I'm 5'7" and weigh 191. This seems to be working for me. If I'm hungry I will eat and if not I wont. I try not to beat myself up over it too much. But I make sure I eat enough.

  • I weigh in most days, but only log my weight on Mondays. Well except for this Monday because I went crazy over the weekend, so next Monday I will log. Hopefully that will be a bit more accurate.
  • I had oatmeal for lunch today. Its yummy, healthy and you can add fruit, nuts, peanut butter etc. So many different options. Enjoy
  • I forgot about these. I'm a chocoholic and used to keep a bag in my freezer. I eat them slower when they are frozen. I need to get some for chocolate emergencies. Thanks
