I try to only weigh in once a week, sometimes I sneak a peak in the middle of the week. But I log every Wednesday, but to be fair I just started again.

I used Shakeology for about 3 months a year or so ago. Thank you all for the tips and friend request. I was a bit disappointed this morning when I weighed in and hadn't lost anything this week. But on a bright note I hadn't gained and I drank WAY too much during the week :(. I will do my best to stay patient and not panic at any gain. I'm ready for this new lifestyle.

Have you tried eating at a higher daily calorie goal? I also have Hypothyroidism and I can't imagine eating at that low. I had mine at about 1300-1500 and was losing about 4 pounds a week. You can make scrambled eggs, spinach, cheese in the microwave. Add stuff like peppers, onions etc. I had this for breakfast with 2 corn tortillas (which I heated in the oven but I bet there is a way to do that in the microwave too). I Look forward to reading other ideas.
