****ake??? or something I believe. I've never had them, haven't found them around here yet. But I've heard about them. LOL Hmmm well maybe that isn't the name.

I would think it would depend on their starting weights. If the 5 ft women was very heavy and the 6ft women wasn't as heavy then it would take longer for people to notice the weight loss in the heavier 5ft women. I think......lol

So very true..... doesn't make it easier but it is true.

I've been trying to do that. I just want to eat chocolate and bread and such. LOL Its soooo hard. I think the alcohol plays a huge roll in that. Its easy when those 2 factors aren't part of the problem.

I prefer to believe they really want to help. Unfortunately it puts them in an uncomfortable situation. If they agree you need a diet they are saying your fat. So they can't be the first to admit it. In my situation... my poor husband had heard sooooo many times how I need to lose weight and then I don't. That I think it…

Anyone have any great recipes?

Mine is open and I would love any advice that you all would like to give. I'm still learning this and I like food so I can't imagine ever getting rid of any one food.

I just sent a request too. I can never have too much support.

Anyone willing to help with suggestions?

I'm pretty sure if you eat under the bed the calories don't count. :blushing:

I also like to snack at night. I eat light during the day and save the majority of my calories for the evening. Then I don't have to feel guilty about eating at night. Plus I don't have to go to bed hungry, that is really hard for me. Planning ahead will help as well. Hang in there

Or start over I guess. But I was hoping to keep my same account. Then I know my ups and downs.,

I tried that and then it told me I've lost more then I actually have. Do I have to go change every weigh in I've logged to make it correct?

I am not a drink my meal type of person. However, I do like shakeology. The chocolate is good and very quick and easy if I'm in a real hurry. I prefer actual food and I haven't tried many other shakes so I don't have alot of experience with different types. I haven't tried the new shakeology and have heard it isn't as good…

One thing that has worked for me is planning ahead. Try logging your planned meals, snacks and drinks the day before so you have an idea about your calories. Then if/when it gets changed alittle here and there you already know what your working with. Another thing I really liked to do is look at other peoples diaries, not…
