I just tried it for the first time with Choc. Shakeo and almond milk and sugar free butterscotch pudding mix. MMMM Yummm Taste like a butterfinger shake. PB2 is one of my new favorites.

I just used it for the first time, in my shake. I couldn't tell any difference. Its yummy. When I tried alittle bit by itself I can tell the difference but still good. I will be using this with other things as well.

I also love almond milk. I use it anyway I would use regular milk. I mix it with my shakeology, on cereal, cooking or just drink a glass occasionally as a snack. I would recommend getting some and giving it a try to find out what you think.

I am not in your situation, but I think I understand how you feel. I love my husband also and want him around as long as possible. If you open your food diary we could know alittle more about what your eating. I agree with the other posts, waking up hungry at night shouldn't happen. I would look into your activity level and make sure you eat all of the calories you should. If you eat them from lots of healthy choices you should stay full longer.

Try adding some green beans with alittle bit of Olive oil over them with lunch or dinner. Nuts which you have heard are great. Maybe some Cottage Cheese if you like it. I gave them up as well, but I did notice I drink more beer now. I might also try an occasional diet soda instead of a beer or drink and see how that goes. Alot less calories thats for sure, and if its only occasionally it might work. Thanks for the idea

Yes I can understand that. Maybe try a Gluten Free cake mix. I have never tried one, and I understand they are more expensive. But for a special treat they are probably worth it. I eat a hard boiled egg almost every morning. I love the yolk and they fit in with the rest of my day. Like was posted before its only 78 calories per egg so occasionally its not bad.
