They have a HRM on groupon for like $20 .......don't know what the reviews say, but better than the equipment for sure! My personal treadmill has a monitor for HR and it STILL overestimates like 100 - 200 calories difference than my HRM.

I really like the special K meal replacement bars( peanut butter and the double chocolate) They are only 170 calories and 10 grams of protein! A lot of other ones have a ton of calories. These are pretty substancial and they're really good too.I eat them as a snack on the go----not a meal replacement

100 calorie bags of popcorn, black decaf green tea with equal in it, sugar free gum ( I especially like the dessert flavors--and have been known to eat 3-4 pieces:) I have also started to eat dinner later in the evening.

I think your "free lunch Friday's" sounds perfect! Save a hundred calories a day and you'll be fine to have a nice splurge meal and a drink if you're so inclined!

Is everyone's fitbit syncing properly? I walk in the am. with an incline (HRM tells me I've burned 460) when I put the calories in to MFP it's not syncing to give me my calories. This is only a problem for the past week or so...yesterday I added it to the fitbit website and it seemed fine. Today........the same thing!!

Unless you were using a HRM those things are pretty inaccurate. ...........Not in anyway "poo pooing" your accomplishment!! :flowerforyou: You still had a great burn and you feel good! Just careful with the calories you eat back. YOU ARE AWESOME
