Gained weight using mine. I don't think it's as accurate as they want to sell you on. HRM is definitely the way to go for me. After $150 (I got the read out gazmo that goes with it) It now sits in a lonely draw.

If you are legitimately HUNGRY and not just munchy wanting to eat.......THEN EAT. I look at it like this.....If you're HUNGRY you'll eat anything.......if you've got Munchies....you can't stop thinking about the chocolate in the cabinet. There is a huge difference. If you're hungry EAT. Use good judgement with food choices…

No.......I never lose my appetite. Even when I had the flu this winter I still ate a footlong from subway each day. (My husband does not cook and the kiddos would have starved!)

I wear mine straight when I bother to do it :laugh: When I do it curly I use JessieCurl products..............My husband said my curls never looked so good. I think you can only get it online and it's kinda pricy. Worth every penny----and it smells GREAT

Cup of Oikos plain yogurt with a scoop or even half a scoop of flavored protein powder is FANTASTIC. It sweetens it up and is very filling. MFP calculates a deficit for you. 500 calories x 7 days = 3500 calorie deficit = 1lb. of weight per week. Not an exact science, but it works for most people. You're a man as well and working out with that few calories isn't going to help your performance.......Not like that dirty bird!...I meant in the gym :blushing:
