If you like to dance, I just found one on overstock.com pertty cheap. It's called country line dance Dance inches off it is 39 minutes. No floor exercise. It got my heart rate up, I really feel it in my hips and legs. It was fun. Once I learn the routines I will probably mute it and play my own music.

You may think I am a nut but, What kinds of foods are you eatting? White bread,white rice, flour? do you take multivitamins and a good fish oil?

My goal is 1400 and I always go over. The type of food I eat is helping me. I eat raw nuts although healthier they are high in fat. I do really well until dinner than I have to force myself to maintain with portion control. If I crave a snack after dinner I drink tea that is for relaxing/sleeping. Thanks for posting this.…

I agree! I am upset with my doctor. I went in last Monday for a physical. My blood pressure is always the same 110 over 60 Excellent!
