  • I did weight watchers and I think it can be mis-leading. They give you unlimited fruit and veggies and I would pile up on those items, not realizing how many calories I was eating in addition to my point allowance. I hardly lost any weight. MFP really has opened up my eyes and helped me learn new eating habits.
