I take 16 krill oils a day because its twice as concentrated.

I try to be in the gym anywhere from 5-7 days a week. Usually just split it up by doing something like this: Back + bi's Chest + tri's Legs Shoulders + tri's or bi's Off day I'll just do arms + more cardio. Each day I also do 3 mile bike ride either before or after workout, and also try to max out on pullups + sit ups.

23/m/ny Last two games I've been playing are Skyrim and Battlefield 3. 50+ hours on Skyrim and almost like 90+ on BF3 lol, haven't played either in like 2 weeks though.

When I was getting dangerously close to 200lbs. Cut down in one summer to 165lbs through bike riding and dieting, then decided the next spring to start lifting weights.

I would get a tattoo but then I'd probably end up regretting it like a month later, and of course I'd never be able to decide what I want.
