Funny, I don't recall stating definitively that they had a 529 Plan, so your need to google a stupid little ABC article was a waste. Miss the snark of me specifically using a plan with numbers as an example? Guess it went over your head along with the fact that I never said only unintelligent people have wealth managers.…

Krissy Cagney's Size & Shred. AMAZING!

What works for some doesn't necessarily work for others. So to each their own I eat 213 g of carbs a day. Yes you read that right! I could never sustain my marathon training or strength routine low carb. The fat has still melted off. Not a chance in hell I'd give up my oats, Ezekiel bread, sweet potatoes, or bananas. Love…

Are you for real? Sure you'll drop weight on it. You'll be miserable, angry, and then you'll gain it all right back when you start eating again. I took a look at your threads and girl you need a lifestyle change. Your obsession with yo-yo diets and quick fixes is the problem. You say you want to learn some self control,…

This!!! I always say, just because a person is certified it doesn't mean they are qualified.

Open your diary so we can see what the issue is.

Was in the bathroom fixing my hair and the lady next to me told me I had amazing arms that she would kill for. That I must work out a lot. I almost danced out of there. It awesome when your friends say it, but when a stranger does it's even better!

It's too early for popcorn, so I'm sitting here with my green tea.

Funny, I don't recall mentioning their southern accents and I'd be an idiot to do so being that I am from the South. You are correct in that no one questions my intelligence. My career at one of the top investment management firms in the world makes it kind of pointless. Which is how I know that your average person…

I highly doubt these people can spell 529 Plan, much less have known what one was on their own. Now a financial planner would. Having one does not make a person intelligent. Also, these girls are still young so can't be sure on that Lohan path yet.

Second what's been said. BodyGlide is a godsend!

Why is this trashy trashy family famous! When I saw something about scratch and sniffs for their premiere I almost completely lost my faith in intelligence in this country and I was almost there to begin with.

I'm 27 and 5'3. You can add me. I love finding great new friends.

Once upon a time, I use to eat fast food a lot. I gave it up in 2010 and I haven't looked back because my health is too important. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy things like burgers and fries, but when I indulge in it, I'm eating Shake Shack over that crap called food at McDonald's. Plus, I'm not eating it every single day.…

Well, what are you doing when you exercise? At 5'3 and eating close to 2000 calories I'm still losing fat. I have days where I work out twice, but my workouts are intense so I actually need that amount. Another thing I can see you're doing wrong is not keeping up with what you're eating. How can you know that you're within…

Hi!!!! Feel free to add me. I'm 5'3 and currently weigh 136lbs. I'm about a size 0 or 2 right now (I have incredibly slender hips) just working on the leaning out process right now.

I wear a lot of Under Armour and Nike. Sports Authority has sales a lot and if you're a member you get coupons that can be combined too. There's an UA sample sale twice a year and I stock up when it happens. Can't beat getting $600 worth of gear for around $200.

You'll see changes in your body. Fat loss > weight loss. The scale isn't always the best indicator of change.

Dietary fat isn't what you should be worrying about. You need to be getting the proper distribution of carbs/protein/fats(healthy). I suggest figuring out your TDEE to properly calculate your calorie needs and macro distribution.

Ok, I just took a look at your diary. You have got to eat more food. Your body can't function on 900 calories. For example, I'm the same age as you, 5'3, workout 6-7 days a week for at least an hour, and I eat almost 2000 calories a day. That's on the low side too and I'm still losing.

Anything by Will.I.AM. Why won't he just go away!

I agree with everyone else. Pick up some heavy weights.

Hi!!! Feel free to add me! I live in Manhattan and I'm 27. Great job so far!

I only use Bob's Mills Gluten-Free Oats or the 365 Organic Rolled Oats. I gave up my Kashi cereal awhile ago because it always made me so bloated. Much happier sticking to my bowl of oatmeal in the mornings.

I always bring things to snack on at work baby carrots, almonds, and keep Quest bars in my desk. We have kitchens on every floor so I can bring anything from home. Plus we have a corporate cafeteria that has plenty of healthy options.

IIFYM gave me a calorie count of almost 2000 calories based on my current activity and I'm only 5'3. I've followed that and down almost 6lbs in 4.5 weeks. Halfway to my goal. So yes it works!!! Just be sure to stay within your macros. I keep it pretty healthy most of the week and have my indulgences here and there.

Had around 13lbs to lose and have knocked off about 6lb of that in 4.5 weeks. I'm a little girl to begin with 5'2, currently wearing a size 2 and I eat almost 2000 calories a day and that's not even net calories. I workout 6 days a week (twice a good bit of those days) doing running (5+ miles at a time), HIIT, and lifting…
