I hit a plateau about 3 weeks ago so I took a day off the shred and did a long slow jog, drank more water, and varied my diet not eating more or less but just different stuff with more fiber.

I switch it up but my favorite is 1/2 english muffin with 2 scrambled egg whites covered in muenster deli cheese with 2 slices on canadian bacon. 220 calories....

Mine have stayed the same and almost seem bigger. I think it is all the pushups and weights that I do that is helping. Plus the rest of me is smaller so that makes them look bigger. I have not lost but 10 lbs. but I have lost inches from the 30ds.

I use Wii fit to weigh myself and do yoga and other fun games. I will get involved in the games and look up and 30minutes has passed.

I have one. I like mine. I am not sure it helps any but I can surely tell the difference when I sit in a regular chair. I tend to get lazy in a normal office chair. In fact, I had to take my normal office chair out of the office because it was to tempting to sit in it.

I get my 30DS DVD in the mail tomorrow. So excited, little scared. Gonna start Saturday since I have my biggest loser workout on Friday evening.

I would love to do this and I am 5"1.5' at 159 right now. i am doing a biggest loser program at my work but think I can do both.
