Chicken pizza - similar to meatza. Just real thin seasoned chicken breast. What's the secret to the cottage cheese and berry sludge? I was thinking just heat the berries to get some juice flowing.

Are you using a frother or blender to mix your BPT? I wouldn't recommend just stirring with a spoon as the fat does not incorporate well with the coffee (or tea in this case). And I drink BPC 5 days a week for about 6 months now :drinker:

I stopped artificial sweetners 2 weeks ago. I went cold turkey on the Coke Zero. In my bulletproof coffee I switched from sweet n low to truvia to raw sugar (all with coconut milk). This morning I tried some caramel flavored starbucks ground coffee with no sugar, but still coconut milk. Not too bad.

I have been off diet sodas ( previously down to one a day) 5 days now in addition to weening off artificial sweetner in my bulletproof coffee. I have used one truvia packet and one raw sugar packet each day this week. Next week I think just the one packet of raw sugar.

I would not even try with refined coconut oil. To me there is a big diference in refined and virgin cocount oil. I wouldn't be as picky on the butter, I guess.

After being off most sugar type carbs for a couple of months, I had a similar reaction. I didn't have a problem with it being appealing, I ate every bite. I was so sick to my stomach that evening - now comes the cake not being appealing anymore :)

Yes. Every morning I work I have regular store bought coffee with a tbs each Kerrygold and Coconut Oil. I just started with the cinnamon and it is great. I also fix it at home in my Magic Bullet and take it to work

I love avocados for breakfast. Two fried eggs, some bacon or ham (saltier the better with an avocado) and avocado with a little lime juice, cumin, chili powder and garlic pepper. Delicious! I used to have on a tortilla until I started the low carb so I just left that off.

I started with the bullet proof coffee a few weeks ago and I dont get hungry until lunch time. This would be just as easy as you smoothie and will keep you full longer :) I like the idea of having some bacon with my coffee though.
