  • I use a very similar recipe and it taste just like mayo to me. 1 egg, room temp 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 cup of "light tasting" olive oil Put all ingredients in a wide mouth jar and insert immersion blender. Once blender sits on bottom of jar, turn on for 30-45 seconds and you have mayo.

  • I take two ripe bananas and some cocoa powder and blend. Pour into the little popsicle makers and freeze. Excellent no sugar added dessert. I also do bananas with other fruits minus the cocoa powder. Enjoy!

  • I am similar to the previous poster. I generally only eat between 12pm and 6pm. I have bullet proof coffee in the am and eat lunch around 12, 1230, and I try to eat dinner by 600. When I stick to that plan I do really well with weight loss. And I am not hungry during my fasting period.

  • I switched from artificial sweetner to the sparkling water or club soda. And just this weekend I started with infused water. Delicious. You could infuse water with strawberries and lemon.   • For me personally, I have to watch my sugar to lose weight so I restrict that to one or less fruits a day. Although it is natural sugar (and much better for you than any other kind of sugar) it still gives you an insulin spike. And as I am trying to eat primal - eat all the eggs you want .
