I LOVE avocados with my eggs and on a BLT. I spread half an avocado on a tortilla or flat bread, sprinkled with a little chili powder, cumin and lime juice, a couple slices of canadian bacon and a fried egg. I am having ABLT tonight, avocado, bacon, lettuce, tomato(no mayo).

I think in this example, you ate back your exercise caloires BEFORE you actually burned them. Your goal should be to net whatever MFP says your calories should be(1200 I think you said). So if you ate 3500 and burned 1500 your net would be 2000, which means you ate over your goal already.

Know that the scale doesn't tell all. Some people need not get on the scale frequently if it sets back your efforts. You could have had a high sodium day, maybe you didn't drink enough water yesterday, maybe you workout good yesterday which makes your muscles retain fluids. DON'T get discouraged, you did not gain 5 pounds…

I met my BF on line at Match.com 6 plus years ago. It was the second date either of us had been on through match.com. We lived 2.4 miles apart, we graduated from the same college, same year. I just started eating a high fiber english muffin with a tbs of peanut butter, a tbs of apple butter and a sliced half a banana. I used to go through the hungry phase but it only last for about a week or so until your body gets used to it. At least that was my experience. Good luck!

Crystal Light actually has a Margarita flavored drink as well as Walmart brand. The pack makes 2 quarts so I took the pack and mixed with 6 diet sprites and added the tequilla as I poured my glass. Added a pinch of Margarita salt. It was delicious and the only calories are that of the tequilla!:drinker:

I use flat outs to make individual pizzas for my boyfriend and me, That way we can each have the toppings we prefer.

You can take peeled boiled eggs and soak in a jar of left over pickle juice. Yummy!
