I'm going to add a Zumba class as well. I do 3 bootcamps a week and the most I've ever burned was 370. I was shocked when I started using my HRM. I'll keep the bootcamps for the strength training part!
-
I just got my HRM. I thought I was burning maybe 500 during an hour bootcamp or an hour of jogging. Nope. 360 at most! I need to pick up the pace or add some HIIT to my jogs!

Island Soyaki (if you live near a trader joes) or any garlicky teryaki sauce. Marinate and then put on grill!

I don't eat. Get up at 5, boot camp by 5:30. I tried having a snack first but found I didn't need it. Try it both ways!

There has to be something! Salads, get dressing on the side and ask for less cheese, bacon, etc. Or a grilled chicken sandwich, even take off the top bun, with fruit or side salad instead of the fries. As for wasting money, it's that or wasting calories! Your choice! You CAN make good decisions!
-
Make good choices like chicken and veggies, salads with dressing on the side, eggs or egg whites or oatmeal at breakfast. Stay away from heavy cream sauce pastas or extras such as bread/rolls or desserts. It's willpower which most of us struggle with or we wouldn't be here! But remember that everyday is a chance to get it…

Protein! Also, if you have just started, your appetite will adjust to your diet. So you'll feel fuller off of less food

I had a hard time too. But look at the success stories. People are losing weight, 28 lbs myself, by using the calories that are on mfp. They are correct, especially those ones that haven't been added by members. Just try it and stick with it!
-
It's great for all sorts of things. And yes over 30 minutes is good too. For your heart, for endurance, for blood pressure, for blood sugar. And for burning calories. But add weights or body resistance stuff for the last 30 for even better benefits!
-
i get a lot of, "you need to stop losing weight, you will waste away". um, i am a size 10 and still overweight per my BMI. I am in no danger of wasting away!

This is going to get good. It would be easier to just weigh yourself again and look down then take pictures, photobucket, make a post etc.

Well no one is going to say "you can't" because that might not apply for everyone. You really have to see what works for you. Also from your ticker you have lost quite a few pounds. I found that after losing 27, I got stuck for a while and only started to lose again after a few months and after I really cracked down on the…

Many of them gain their weight back

it's a joke. joke posts happen all the time on mfp, usually making fun of all the silly nonsense people post about all the time.
-
My TDEE is 1,700 or so, so I do not lose weight eating 2,000, I maintain and slowly start to gain
-
It would seem as though 1,400 worked for you so I am surprised you upped your calories! Maybe look into BMR testing to find your actual BMR instead of using one on a general website.
-
I have seen just that. People stating that they did in fact gain weight from eating too little and that others will too. Or that others will eventually stall in their weight loss as though it is fact.
