I guess I should say simple sugars that are refined, processed. Fruit (even though a simple carb) is my friend right now!

You caught me! My name is Cait, and I am addicted to sugar. I cannot just have 1 portion of sour patch kids, it ends up being a lot more. Before I know it half of my calories are gone. I don't crave sugar anymore. My husband was eating candy infront of me the other day and I didn't want any.

This is my game plan. Once I get my goal weight I will slowly allow myself to have sweets in moderation. Rigt now, I cannot control myself around them to let them in my diet.

I like it. I bought the original and use it for my chocolate protien shake. It taste like german chocolate when it is all mixed together.

I am completely opposite. I have to be stricter because of the cravings. I gave up sweets, soda and artificial sweeteners because I wanted to eat 1/4 of those for my daily calories. I was also going over some days due to those cravings. Now I hardly ever crave them and have been under my calorie goal most of the time. But…

I am on week 3 of doing that. I cut out all simple carbs and artificial sweeteners. I lost 5 lbs the first week and 3 lbs the second.

It all depends on your definition of "eating clean". For me, I cut out all artificial sweeteners, sodas, and sweets (not sugar just pastries, candy, cakes, ect). I am also trying to eat healthier (i.e. more fruits and veggies). Before I was only loosing less than a pound a week (I had MFP set on 2 lbs a week). The first…

Really good! You should try the steel cut oats by quaker. It takes a little longer to cook and it is a little more expensive but it is better for you.
