I'm 8 months postpartum and exclusively pumping. Our little guy wanted to come for Christmas at 29 weeks. He never really did get used to breastfeeding. He'll only take it at night when he is sleepy. I've lost about 30 lbs so far. I'm past where I was postpartum but I have a lot more to lose.

Um same here!!! Mine knee swells up in increments. It is good for 6 days and swells up for 4 days. I can time mine. My doctor thinks it is hormones. I did this with my last baby but it went away. I'm not sure if it went away because I got pregnant again or started weaning.

Count me in on this group. I have about 112 to lose. I'm almost two months post partum with a healthy baby boy that came 10 weeks early. Obesity is a factor for preterm labor and I don't want to go through it again.

we use a bottle of light Italian dressing and 3/4 bottle of hot sauce. place wings on sheets and baste. I don't remember what we bake it at but at 45 minutes we drain the sauce and flip the wing. we baste the other side with the rest of the sauce and put it under the broiler until crispy. I like to season with salt and…

Add me! I am 13 months post partum and finally 15lb below my pre-pregnancy weight. I started having supply issues around 6 months but I am still bf.

I found online that for every one ounce you burn roughly 20 calories.

Congrats! That is what happened to me. I did the recumbent bicycle. Usually if you are at a healthy weight it is between 25-35 lbs. I wouldn't worry too much. If you are going to breastfeed it comes right off.

Nice to meet everyone. I am Caitlin. I am 26 y/o and from Missouri. I started losing weight last year but I had to stop because I became pregnant with our first child. Now that he is here I am ready to start again. I only have 5 more lbs of baby weight to lose but I have a lot more after that in order to be at a healthy…

We were supposed to go on a cruise and 9 months and I wanted to feel good about my self for the cruise. I ended up losing 30lb with about a 100 more to go and I found out I was pregnant with our first (we didn't think we could have kids too.) So weight loss was put on hold for the time being. We ended up missing the cruise…

I have only had one baby and I am exclusively breastfeeding. If you can do it. I work full time as a nurse and it is a pain to find times to pump. I am tracking my food and eating when hungry in order to keep my supply up. I gained 40lbs from the pregnancy. I had Ollie in April and I am now currently 3 lbs away from my…

I am currently exclusively breastfeeding. Track what you eat but don't worry too much about the calories. Eat when you are hungry and eat healthy. They weight will come off. I had my LO in april and I gained 40 lbs. I am 3lb away from where I was before.

I noticed that when I cut way down on sugar I burned more fat around my middle and hips.

I am 2 months postpartum today. I am breastfeeding and pumping at work. Not to mention I am running around all day because I am a nurse. It would be great to have support. Is anyone else cutting there calories down? I am afraid to drop to quickly because I don't want to release toxins into my milk.

I don't like it when I get the backhanded compliment. Such as after losing 70lbs with 20 more to go, my grandma says 'you look good but you still have to work on those hips.' Really?!?!

A weekend away with the hubby ;)

Hi ladies. 33 weeks pregnant here. Feel free to add me. I plan on breastfeeding/pumping when I have to go back to work. I would love the extra support so feel free to add me.

I had the opposite happen. I am overweight and pregnant. I lost 30 lbs before getting pregnant. My husband and I were out shopping and some teenagers yelled out the window saying how fat I was. Nope not fat just a baby belly. I was glad they were in the car because my husband was ready to beat some heads together.

Hi everyone! I'm due April 20th and I am currently 30 weeks pregnant with our first baby. Has anyone else had issues with the baby having a little fluid on their kidneys? One cleared up but the other has minor fluid. The OB wanted to check in 2 weeks which will make it the 4th US. My hubby thinks that is one too many. What…

Both my sister in laws had that happen. They thought they miscarried but didn't. They have a pregnancy test that gives you the hcg levels and tell you if they are increasing or not.
-
Thank you. It that is what I thought. I have had so many people tell me though that I will not want to cut my calories after 6 weeks because I will be so hungry.
-
Congrats on the weight loss. My husband and I have been married for three years and in that time we used no protection. After a couple of years we just assumed we couldn't have kids. Then I lost 25 lb and gave up sweets, artificial sweeteners and soda. I was pretty much doing my grocery shopping on the outer perimeter of…

I am due March 30th with baby #1. Has anyone on here had issues with hypothyroidism? In may my levels were normal, but my OB/GYN called and said my levels indicated hypothyroidism and started me on medication.
-
I was told by my doctor to only use stevia and avoid all other artificial sweeteners.

I meant march lol. In was on night shift when I posted this and tired.

Here is what the mayo clinic recomend for dosing:http://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements/omega-3-fatty-acids-fish-oil-alpha-linolenic-acid/dosing/hrb-20059372 It also gives all the benifits for each dose. If you are on any medication make sure to talk with your doctor for any drug interactions.

I don't think it is worth it. I had a friend who had a lap band placed. She lost a lot of weight but had severe complications that almost cost her with her life. Plus not to mention the pain and risk for infection!

I am going to make this next week. Sounds amazing!!!!

I have a huge sweet tooth and know where you are coming from. I would have enough points for supper and then go over because I had to have that ice cream because my husband wanted some. The only way for me to stop the cravings was to completly cut out the extra sugar. I still eat fruits and add a little sugar to coffee but…
