My favorite is grilled basil chicken. For the mix I usually dump some olive oil, garlic salt, oregano, tarragon, rosemary, and basil. I coat each side when I turn the chicken.

I stopped drinking diet sodas and using artificial sweeteners about 2 months ago. I feel so much better. I am not as bloated or tired. Instead of requiring 12-13 hours of sleep to feel rested I only need 7-8 hours a day. Of course I also gave up soda, sweets and pastries at the same time too.

You could try the boxed salad at the grocery store and cook a package of chicken at the begining of the week and take that. I used to eat lean cuisines but I got tired of them. You can do it! Don't do what I did. I lost 70 lbs and had 40 more to go. I was soooo close but I gave up and gained that 70 lbs back plus more. Just take it a day at a time. Good luck!
