That would be me! Although I am no longer breastfeeding, we actually had to go the exclusively pumping route. My LO is 8mos old and keeps us very busy, with very little sleep. So my progress has been slow. I have been trying to meal prep for breakfast and lunch on Sundays and I think it has been helping. I walk about 30-40mins at work 5 days a week, if the weather allows. I have lost 3lbs in the last 4wks, while on vacation I gained a little so had to step it up when I came back.

I'm 8 months postpartum and exclusively pumping. Our little guy wanted to come for Christmas at 29 weeks. He never really did get used to breastfeeding. He'll only take it at night when he is sleepy. I've lost about 30 lbs so far. I'm past where I was postpartum but I have a lot more to lose.

4 months postpartum here and heavier than ever before :( I'm exclusively breastfeeding and it makes me ridiculously hungry! I have the appetite of a football TEAM :p . This was my 3rd pregnancy. The weight spilled off pretty effortlessly the first 2 pregnancies but this time I have only lost 4 lbs. I just started using this app today. I'm needing to really focus on my diet this time around. Finding time to exercise is a bit laughable right now with three kids but I'm attempting to get a step workout in during my youngest two kid's nap time. That is, if I time it right and they are both asleep at the same time!

I also loved this post just in case you are looking for any re-assurance on setting your calorie goal while breastfeeding.

I am not quite there yet, due with #1 in about 3 weeks :)
